OANDA has been around forever and their pricing data is used industry-wide. They publish an execution policy and have multiple tier-1 regulations. Could do better on live execution metrics though.

OANDA's platform feels a bit dated compared to newer brokers. Execution is generally fine. They do publish some historical spread data which is nice, but a real-time execution dashboard would set them apart.
