1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Broker Transparency Index website (“brokertransparencyindex.com”, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

2. Nature of Content

The Broker Transparency Index provides research and analysis based on publicly available information about forex and CFD brokers. All content on the Site:

  • Is for informational and educational purposes only
  • Does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice
  • Does not constitute a recommendation to open, close, or maintain an account with any broker
  • Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision

3. BTI Scores

BTI scores measure the transparency of a broker’s public disclosures. They do not measure:

  • Execution quality or trading performance
  • Financial stability or solvency
  • Regulatory compliance beyond disclosed information
  • Suitability for any particular trader or trading strategy

A high BTI score indicates extensive public disclosure. It does not guarantee safety, quality, or regulatory standing.

4. Accuracy and Timeliness

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site. However:

  • Broker disclosures may change at any time without notice to BTI
  • There may be a delay between a broker updating their disclosures and BTI reflecting those changes
  • We do not guarantee that all information is current at all times

If you identify inaccurate information, please submit a correction through our Contact page.

5. No Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broker Transparency Index and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided herein.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (including broker websites). These links are provided for reference and verification purposes. BTI does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any linked third-party site.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content, including the BTI scoring methodology, editorial content, and site design, is the intellectual property of Broker Transparency Index. You may reference and link to our content with proper attribution but may not reproduce it in bulk without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Broker Transparency Index operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
