xStation 5 is one of the best proprietary platforms. Being listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange means they have to publish financial data. MiFID II reports are available. Still a market maker though.
Good but not transparent enough

XTB offers commission-free stock trading which is great. For forex/CFDs, execution is standard. RTS 28 reports are published as legally required but that's it -- no extra effort on transparency.
